We hope that you will love your piece of Lily Kamper Jewellery, however if you would like to return it to us we are able to refund up to 7 days after the date of receipt.
You are still able to return your purchase to us within 28 days of receipt in return for a credit note voucher. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund sale items, bespoke items or earrings. All wedding and engagement rings are made as bespoke orders for each individual so are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you send your returned item as a tracked parcel to be sure of its safe arrival as the cost of returning the purchase is your responsibility.
Once we have received your return, we will check the item’s condition and once approved will process the refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
