DELIVERY
Lily Kamper Jewellery now has FREE UK Shipping on orders over £200
Our delivery times (excluding holidays) are as follows:
UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery – within 3-5 working days (£3.50 or free on orders over £200)
International Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – within 5 to 10 working days (£10)
Bespoke and Semi-Bespoke Rings will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with full insurance unless otherwise arranged.
Please note that we are only able to cover delivery charges. Non-EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes.
All deliveries require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery a calling card will be left and a new delivery/collection may be re-arranged. Delays to your delivery caused by the delivery companies used may be out of our hands, but please let us know of any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.
Each piece of Lily Kamper Jewellery is hand-finished in the studio in London and comes in its own box with care card. If you would like to have your purchase gift wrapped please tick the gift wrap option. Each item will be wrapped in the classic Lily Kamper style. If you would like your order to be sent straight to the recipient then please email details to info@lilykamper.com.
Most pieces of Lily Kamper Jewellery, such as rings are made to order so please allow the recommended time of 8-10 weeks for production. Longer delivery times will be specified in the item description. We will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please do get in touch with us if you need something for a special occasion and may need a faster delivery time. All other products are aimed to be dispatched within 48 hours.
REFUNDS
We hope that you will love your piece of Lily Kamper Jewellery, however if you if you have purchased a bespoke item or made to order item then these are not eligable for a refund. However if you would like to return a ready-to-ship item purchased through the webshop we are able to refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt.
Please email info@lilykamper if you would like to return your item and we will send you a form to complete and return via email before returning your goods to confirm you are eligible.
Unfortunately it is not possible to refund bespoke items or semi-bespoke items, sale items, or earrings.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you send your returned item as a tracked and signed for parcel to be sure of its safe arrival. Lily Kamper cannot reimburse your shipping costs and will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received your return, we will check the item’s condition and once approved will process the refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
Please ensure that your jewellery is returned in perfect saleable condition and in it’s original packaging.
